2016 Pause and Reflect: Your Year In Review

Your Year in Review is an intimate look at the previous 12 month’s challenges and successes. It provides a form of closure for the year that is ending as well as a commitment to the coming year ahead.

We all start of the year gung-ho as to what we want and what we plan to accomplish but various factors affect what actually happens during the course of the year.

We will use a list of questions to get the ball rolling in the mind of participants allowing us to recognize both accomplishments and what we might deem as failures.

We can then work through analyzing why those “failures” occurred and determine how to turn them into successes in 2017.

Wrapping up the year will allow you to release the old and regain focus to start 2017 with a clean slate and a concise set of objectives.
