Self-Care Saturday – April 4, 2020

It is always important to remember to take care of yourself! But it has never been more important than now. We are busier than ever trying to juggle our new roles in uncertain times. Both physical and mental exhaustion makes it increasingly hard to care about anything or anyone.

I wanted to start a weekly Self-Care Saturday series to offer a few ideas and resources to help promote the idea of carving out a few minutes to care for ourselves.

Best of all these things don’t require you to leave the comfort of your home.

Challenge yourself to set aside the time to enjoy at least one thing off the list.

“An empty lantern provides no light. Self-care is the fuel that allows it to shine vibrantly, lighting the way for others.” – Unknown
