By learning the art of focusing on what you want more of in your life, every action you take will be affected by that focus, and in turn a shift for the better will begin to take place.

Recognize the power of your words and become aware of what you are saying both in self-talk and to others

Identify and begin to heal what is holding you back

Learn to create clear, precise and positive statements of intention

Develop a mindset that shifts negative thoughts and words to positive ones

Learn about the power of affirmations

Learn the difference between intention and manifesting and why intention is essential to manifesting
